Is stretching a lot unhealthy? like to the point where i have over splits and i can no longer find effective and satisfying stretches?

Can be: If you are causing too much laxity in joints. If these stretches are easy for you, you should also speak to your physician to make sure you do not have a connective tissue disorder called Marfan's syndrome. While it is unlikely you have this, if you are overly flexible with ease, tall with lanky arms, just run it by your doc next time you see them, nothing emergent though. Hope that helps!
