Torso: You can't make your torso longer , but stretching exercises can make you more limber. See your athletic trainer for proper stretching for your sport and for general stretching

Yoga: My daughter does this by taking yoga classes. She goes to a place called "yoga by degrees" that has the rooms heated to different temperatures. It has helped her flexibility tremendously!

Anatomy: One cannot change their anatomy in any way, including stretching. But you can improve your flexibility with stretches. I like the recommended yoga as well.
