Blood: Most common reason is a collection of blood under it from trauma or long distance running. Less common is a melanoma.

Hematoma or melanoma: Most likely it is a hematoma or blood but there are rare cases of skin cancer, although very unusual in your age group. If you did not injure it you need to get it checked.
