Perhaps important: If you are newly symptomatic with pain and swelling at the site of a puncture for an angiogram, this could be important. It is possible that you are developing an infection if this is new. Other signs would be warmth, redness, fever. If these are new symptoms, you should call the doctor who did the angiogram and consider being evaluated as soon as possible.
