I have a bad sore throat but after i used the pill that my doctor give to me, i'm feel better but after that i cough and bad diarrhea. is that ok?

Diarrhea: Is a side effect from the antibiotics. Make sure you drink plenty of fluids so you won't get dehydrated. If severe, you will need to see your doctor. The cough may be a separate thing. Mostly drainage from allergies, colds, sinuses etc. If persistent cough , you need to be checked out.

See your doctor: It sounds like you are having a reaction to the antibiotics. Some antibiotics can cause upset stomach and diarrhea. This can sometimes be very severe and dangerous. Keep yourself hydrated and see your doctor for evaluation.
