A member asked:

Is it unusual to have an increase in my coughing almost a year after having a partial nefrectomy?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Increase cough: Has nothing to do with your nephrectomy - totally two separate issues. This time of year , colds, flu, allergies, sinus infection seem to be the cause of chronic cough. Unless you are suffering from asthma, then you may not be taking the right medicine or not controlled. Please call your doctor for appointment so you may be treated properly.
