Yes: Could be any number of problems: a nerve problem, also called neuropathy which could involve nerves in your legs or feet. There could be a problem in your spinal cord or brain. This could also be from a pinched nerve or nerves in your spine. My point is that there are many possibilities. Please see your doctor and get a complete exam and start working up the possibilities.

It can be: Because you can lose your balance and potentially fall or you can step on something and not realize it, or something like a callous which is benign can turn into an ulcer. It also can be a sign of a systemic disease.

Vague: Any type of abnormal nerve sensation should be a concern. The foot tingling may even be caused by a herniate disk in back. If this persists, i would get to a dr.

Tingling: It could be. Go to see your doctor to get checked. It could be from a pinched nerve on the lower back from bulging disk/arhritis etc, could be due to other problems- like diabetes, vitamin deficiency, autoimmune problems etc.

Tingling or : Paresthesia are symptoms of involvement of peripheral nerves and can occur in many disorders ranging from a pinched nerve to systemic metabolic problems such as diabetes and nutritional problems, best to discuss your concerns with your physician.
