Tingling in feet: You asked if stress and anxiety can cause tingling in the feet. Yes, it can. Sometimes, tingling can be caused due to breathing shallow - oxygen becomes centered in upper region of body and thus the limbs can tingle. Deep breathing - imagine breathing through your entire body and down into the toes. Also, if you are tensing your muscles, that can also lead to tingling.
