Yes: Even though you have used Amoxicillin previously, you can develop an allergic response at any time in the future. You should stop the medicine and call your doctor.

It is actually rare to have a true allergy to something with the first exposure.You should stop the medicine and notify your physician to get a different antibiotic and document the allergy.
