Ask your doctor.: Most of the time, anti inflammatory medications like Ibuprofen are ok after surgery, as long as your aren't bleeding much. Ask your doctor. Otherwise, Acetaminophen (parecetamol, tylenol) 1000 mg 2-3 times a day for a few days can help and are usually safe after surgery. Warm packs, and getting up and moving around as much as you can may help.
