Cymbalta (duloxetine): Per drugs.Com: 'cardiovascular side effects have been reported including increases in blood pressure averaging 2 mm hg systolic and 0.5 mm hg diastolic, an increase in the incidence of at least on measurement of systolic blood pressure over 140 mm hg, and an increase in heart rate of approximately 2 beats per minute.' an anaphylatic allergic reaction might cause death.

Rarely: Cymbalta (duloxetine) is a medication that is in the class of serotonin norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors. It can raise blood pressure very slightly, or cause positional blood pressure changes-drops "orthostasis". Death would occur in case of a rare allergic reaction or rare abnormal heart rhythm.
