Night sweats: Night sweats are often an indication of breaking fever since sweating is your body's way of losing heat. This is often associated with tuberculosis or other chronic infections, but sometimes with non-infectious inflammations. Cannot easily explain your itching with this and only a face to face exam with a doctor will help to resolve this. Go and be seen. Good luck and hope this clears up soon.
