It depends on legal: Matters ; what state u are in. U should first discuss your concerns with your mother, then perhaps another trusted family member, your doctor, a hospital social worker, and finally you might have to talk to a lawyer. Your rights to your body are ethically held high, but parents of minors have different powers in different states. The courts usually give many rights to the birth mom.
