There isn't one: There isn't a "quick wash" to lose stomach fat. However, healthy diet and exercise can help you lose excess fat overall -- and abdominal obesity will go along with this. Healthy foods means avoiding processed sugars and carbs, and alcohol ("beer belly" is an example of stomach fat). Replace with many-colored vegetables, fruits, lean proteins, healthy fats, ; complex carbs. Increase exercise.
