Too much workout,,: It's likely you've been working out a lot lately and should really ease off on it. If you do too much too fast, it could result in a condition called rhabdomyolysis which is where muscles get broken down and kidney failure can develop. This can be serious if it isn't reversed so it's a good idea to slow down while things are still ok. Good luck.
