Yes: Yes, you can definitely have disturbed sleep and wake up tired with an anxiety disorder. Are you on medications? Using alcohol? Caffeine? Recreational drugs? All these can affect your sleep also. Are you working with a psychiatrist? You've listed "behavior therapy" in your additional information, but i don't know what other factors may be also happening with you. A psychiatrist might help.
