Possible obstruction: The tubing which collects the urine from your kidneys is abnormally full and distended.

Not seen on kub: KUB is image of abdomen without any contrast material. Details of kidneys not visualized. Pelvocalyceal fullness can not be appreciated. Ultasound exam or study with intravenous contast such as CT can show collecting systems of kidneys and would demonstrate pelvocalyceal fullness,
