Consider: ...Other than the obvious, consider baking bread. Roll out the dough w/ rolling pin. While waiting for the dough to rise, use the tennis balls in a sock tied to your ankle like a lemon twist jump rope. Exercise until the dough is done rising. Exercise anagin using the opposite ankle until bread is ready. Eat the bread until full and lay down. Should sleep soundly. (joking :).. Well, sorta ).
