Insomnia relief: It is not always a simple problem, but be sure to avoid caffeinated foods and beverages, keep the room at a comfortable temperature, turn off all electronic devices, including lights, and do not use the room for other activities. Get adequate exercise during the day, and take time to wind down before going to bed perhaps with a warm bath or shower and that may help you to sleep easier.
