Insoles: This is probably forefoot overload from the way you walk and the dry skin is actually callous formation from driving your big toe into the ground when walking. I'd first try an insole. If that doesn't work, see your local foot doctor. Search www.Aofas.Org if you don't know of one in your area.

Should : Differentiate between dry skin and fungus. Dry skin gets moisturized, antifungal for the fungus.
