No: A little bit of spotting, around the time that implantation might have been, in a newly pregnant woman, has no meaning. It does not mean anything. If all progresses well in the new pregnancy, without unusual pains, unusual vaginal spotting or bleeding, etc..., there is not be a reason to suspect a problem with the pregnancy... unless the woman has other risk factors for problems.
