Fat not water: As you already know, it is your fat and not the water that is an issue. As long as you are drinking 6-8 glasses of water a day, that is enough. You do need to reduce your weight and that requires loss of fat. It is easier said than done, but reducing caloric intake and increase exercise are essential.
