Water diet: Probably not. There is such a thing as water toxicity or dilutional hyponatremia from too much water, which can be fatal.
In addition to this, you will probably gain in right back when you start eating. Talk yo your doctor about a safe balanced diet and exercise plan.

NO: You will lose weight rapidly and much of it will be water weight followed by muscle mass. This could cause rapid detoxification, with release of toxins into your blood stream. Eventually, metabolic rate can slow with starvation conditions.
