There are no studies: Linking Prozac (fluoxetine) to UTI infections of any bacteria. So if you are getting a UTI it is from something else and the Prozac (fluoxetine) would not encourage or trigger the infection. If you need the Prozac (fluoxetine) you should take it. If you think you are getting a UTI you should have it checked out and if present get it treated. Do not wait for the full blown infection to go in if you have symptoms now! feel well!
