Needs biopsy: An enlarging or changing mole should be addressed by excisional biopsy. See your dermatologist or plastic surgeon to have it addressed. The obvious concern is a change or dysplasia in a mole which can lead to melanoma.

Go to see derm: Any mole that is changing- in size ( bigger), or irregular, or diffferent colors, or now giving you symptoms- itchy, bleeding, etc- you should have it evaluated by a dermatologist as soon as possible and perhaps a biopsy as indicated by your dermatologist
