A small mass of .5 cm in the uterus should it be removed? does it interact with pregnancy? thank you

Depends...: If the small mass is a fibroid in the lining of the uterus it could interfere with pregnancy. If the mass is benign (like a fibroid) and is in the muscle or on the outside of the uterus it most likely will not be of a concern for pregnancy and should not be removed.
