Source of Jaw pain?: If it is a dental infection you need to go to the dentist, if it from TMJ ( temporomandibular joint) disorder go a doctor and get evaluated. Taking increasing pain doses may stop the pain but not solve the problem.

Inform the Dr.: Inform the dentist and see if, they can prescribe you another pain medication that does not interfere with any of your current health condition or medications which you may take. It is known that Females respond differently to certain pain medications than males in general. A Corticosteriod for 1 week may help since you have a Hx of Tylenol (acetaminophen) #3 & #4 medication. Demerol or Oxycontin may work.
