Past history: Most people have a menstrual cycle every 21-35 days. You will have to use your past experience to try to predict the future cycles. If you do not have regular cycles then you will not be able to predict your next cycle. If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available at any pharmacy.
