GYN exam + testing: Make sure you do a urine pregnancy test. I'm not sure if you are taking oral contraceptive pills, but if you are then certain medications, such as antibiotics, can give you breakthrough bleeding. If you are not taking OCP, or your pregnancy test is negative, then you need a thorough GYN exam. Hope this helps.
