im 5 weeks pregnant today...where exactly is my baby in my belly and when wil the heart start to beat will i feel the heart beat?

U won't feel it: Fetal cardiac activity begins at about this time, and can be seen by sonogram at about 6 menstrual weeks. You will not be able to "feel" the baby's heart beat. Fetal movement is noticed by first-time moms at around 18 weeks gestation.
