Re-evaluate: Your blood pressure is on the slightly lowish side, but perhaps not too low. It does depend a lot on symptoms such as fatigue, lightheadedness, palpitations, etc. What, if anything, have you changed during these last 2 years? Perhaps you are consuming less salt or have lost weight. Speak to your doctor. Perhaps it is time to stop or at least reduce the dose of one of your pressure medications.
