NEED TO SORT OUT: If your hypertension is causing headaches, it would be profoundly elevated, and is crucial to control this immediately. Alternatively, your headaches could be due to migraine, dental or jaw problems, sinus issues, low thyroid fnctn, neck problems, etc. Many meds are available, ; most do not adversely affect blood pressure other than beta blockers and calcium channel blockers. See your doctor.
