Tension headaches: Yes, tension headaches can have many symptoms including fatigue, nausea and body aches. But many other conditions can have similar symptoms. It sounds like this is a change from your "normal" headache pattern. I think you should see your doctor for an exam and better diagnosis.

No: This sounds like a change for you , I would suggest a visit to discuss with PCP and determine why this has changed for you and this will likely lead to rx path
