I have had headaches for a few weeks on and off & the last 2 made my whole body ache & i felt nauseous, is it still normal tension headaches?

Tension headaches: Yes, tension headaches can have many symptoms including fatigue, nausea and body aches. But many other conditions can have similar symptoms. It sounds like this is a change from your "normal" headache pattern. I think you should see your doctor for an exam and better diagnosis.
