Eyedrops: If you need to get rid of the redness for instance for a picture, you can use drops labeled "gets the red out". However this is a temporary effect and will not work well if the cause is infectious pink eye. You may have to wait it out and if your vision is affected or there is significant pain due to your red eye, you probably should see your ophthalmologist for evaluation.
