Ignore: If calcified, usually not a worry. If > 8 mm noncalcified and history of smoking recommend pet/ct.

Pesky: Pesky Lung Nodule? If > 10 mm get biopsy. If below 4 mm forget it. If in between get 3 month CT

Ignore: To decide the next step in management: the size, shape of nodule and patient risk factors play role.

Ignore: Have a lung specialist help you. This is high complexity decision work. And every nodule is unique.

Ignore: Do not smoke. Lung nodules are more likely to be cancerous in smokers than non-smokers.
