Viral infection: This is likely a viral infection. Drink plenty of fluid, take Tylenol (acetaminophen) and a decongestant as needed.

Sinus: Your symptoms sound like they could be due to sinus congestion, and quite possibly a sinus infection, known as sinusitis. It would be best to see a doctor to get a full evaluation and appropriate treatment.
