If sleep is easily upset, bit hyperactive - does that mean i have anxiety issues, like if i have interview or important management mtg, travel etc?

Yes: You could have anxiety if your sleep is disturbed when you think about an important or stressful event the next day. Try deep breathing, stretching and meditation before bedtime. Sometimes a temporary trial of a sedative-hypnotic medication may help you fall asleep if the insomnia is something you experience intermittently. It is important not to become dependent on sleep meds to fall asleep.
