Yes, but don't panic: You are 33 weeks pregnant and measure big because you have extra amniotic fluid, called polyhydramnios. The most cause of this is gestational diabetes. The workup should include a review of prior labs, possible retesting of your glucose test, and a targeted ultrasound of the fetus. Assuming all is normal, then you should be followed closely for the remainder of the pregnancy.
