Consistent: Fundal height should be approximately the same as the number of weeks pregnant you are, but maybe your dates are off a bit, or more likely, this is just you during this pregnancy and you have always been 2cm behind. If your OB was concerned, they would do an ultrasound again. The good news is that the fundal height has always been 2cm behind, not a drastic change late in the pregnancy.
