Maybe: First i would stop the vapo rubs, i find they may aggravate coughs in younger kids. If the kid has no fever, plays vigorously during the day and has a normal appetite, you might give it a few days.

Cough: Please let her be seen by pediatrician. If she is vaccinated most likely just a cold but to be safe after 4 days you should review with md.
