My 6mnth old son has a bad cold he's taking motrin and tylenol (acetaminophen) what else can i do to relieve he's stuffy nose and cough and make him at ease?

Neither : Motrin nor tylenol (acetaminophen) have any decongestant or cough suppressant effect, talk to your pediatrician for their recommendation as to what would be best for your child and his symptoms.

Clear secretions: Clear his secretions with a bulb syringe. You can also try doing a steam treatment on him, by taking him into the bathroom, and turning the shower on as hot as you can make it go. Then let him breathe the steam. It can help loosen up his boogers. If not better, see your physician.
