My grandson is coughing every few seconds i gave him advil (ibuprofen) he has ate a little bit what should i do for the cough i have also givin him honey?

Cough: You have not said how old your grandson is. As the treatment is dependent on his age, if he is under a year of age, honey is not recommended. If cough last for more than a few days then schedule doctor appointment, if he is over a year of age honey is safe. Other cough medication that is over the counter is also not recommended if the child is less than 4years.
