Viral illness?: Although the exact diagnosis is not possible, i would suspect acute viral iinfection, particularly if you other members of your houshold/ people at work had similar complaints. Check your temperature, drink plenty of fluids, take over the counter meds that you are not allergic to; if feel your are getting worse, have a very high fever or unable to take liquids etc. See a doctor.
