Go to an ER: You need to be examined and treated based upon the findings of the doctor that you are seeing. This is some inflammatory condition that seems to be causing irritation of the linings over the intestines and producing pain and vomiting. Could be ovarian, appendix or half a dozen other things, but you must be seen to be diagnosed. Go now. Good luck, .
