Possibly: Have you traveled over a number of time zones? Jet lag symptoms: Fatigue or sleepiness, decreased concentration, moodiness, GI changes (diarrhea, nausea or constipation), headache, sense of not being well & sleep disturbance (insomnia or early morning waking).
