May need to see: A spine specialist again, but in the meantime, try stretching your rhomboids, the muscles in between your shoulder blades and spine, see: http://www.Physioadvisor.Com.Au/14581750/rhomboid-stretches-physioadvisor.Htm for some stretches. If this does not resolve the issue, then you may need to go back to your spine doc to check, but it sounds like rhomboid issues.
