Coconut Oil/Fish Oil: Coconut oil helps with dry skin in the winter time when ingested. It looks like a jar of lard but tastes good enough--not as good as an easter egg. You can put it in hot cereal in the morning and even cook and bake with it. It heats up easily so be careful when cooking with it. Alternatively, high doses of marine fish oil can help if not on a blood thinners. Avoid alcohol-containing lotions.
