My daughter unplugged her wisdom tooth since 5 days she still have severe pain .should she take antibiotics although the dentist didn't prescribe?

But antibiotics are not "pain medication" and pain at 5 days out should be seen and evaluated for more serious problems like infection, jaw fracture, by an oral surgeon.

Call surgeon: Probably has a dry socket, where the clot has washed out and now bone is exposed to the oral environment. It has to be packed with a medicated gauze, which will give relief and promote healing. Please call the surgeon immediately.
