? blood clot: This merits an immediate visit to a hospital emergency dept. It could represent a blood clot in the leg veins which would have the potential to move to ones lung and could be fatal. This is an urgent matter!

No emergency: Your symptoms suggest right sciatic pain. This means that for the duration of pregnancy you could take some medications for pain with the permission of your obstetrician if symptoms are intolerable. However after delivery you should consult a neurologist for further investigations even if symptoms resolve. The problem could be in low back or right sacroiliac joint.
