Yes: Tinea corporis (ring worm) can be contagious and can certainly spread. It is common to have several areas of ringworm at once in different body areas. Seek medical attention and get diagnosed for sure and then treated with a good anti-fungal medication if you indeed have a spreading tineal infection. Best wishes.
